Symptoms
- NetWorker Server가 vCenter Server의 VMware 보호를 위해 구성되었습니다.
- vCenter Server가 VMware VPXD(Virtual Provisioning X Daemon) 서비스 가용성 또는 일반적인 높은 워크로드 문제를 관찰합니다.
Cause
NetWorker의 vCenter 인벤토리 프로세스(nsrvim)는 서비스 시작 중에 시작된 후 15분마다(기본값) 실행됩니다. 또한 이 프로세스는 vCenter에 대해 VMware 보호 작업이 실행될 때마다 실행됩니다. vCenter에 연결된 NetWorker Server 수와 VMware 보호 정책 작업의 양 또는 빈도에 따라 달라집니다. 이로 인해 짧은 기간 내에 vCenter Server에 대한 여러 인벤토리 쿼리 요청이 발생합니다.
이 작업은 NetWorker Server의 daemon.log에서 다음과 같이 표시됩니다.

Resolution
NetWorker 19.10에는 NetWorker 백업 관리자가 nsrvim 빈도를 조정할 수 있는 새로운 기능이 도입되었습니다. 이 기능은 NetWorker Server의 새 환경 변수를 사용하여 도입되었습니다. 이 환경 변수를 사용하려면 다음을 수행합니다.
1. NetWorker Server를 19.10.0.0(또는 그 이상)으로 업그레이드합니다. https://www.dell.com/support/home/product-support/product/networker/drivers
Linux:
1. /nsr/nsrrc 파일을 수정(또는 생성)합니다.sudo vi /nsr/nsrrc
2. 파일에 다음 줄을 추가합니다.
NSRVIM_TIME_INTERVAL=60
export NSRVIM_TIME_INTERVAL
참고: 최대 시간 간격은 60분입니다. 60분 이상의 값을 지정하면 60분이 사용됩니다. 최소 간격은 15분입니다. 15분 미만의 값을 지정하면 15분이 사용됩니다.
3. NetWorker Server 서비스를 재시작합니다.
sudo systemctl restart networker
Microsoft Windows:
1. 제어판을 열고 시스템 및 보안,시스템을 차례로 클릭합니다 .
2. Advanced System Settings를 클릭합니다.
3. 시스템 속성 에서 환경 변수를 클릭합니다.
4. 시스템 변수에서 c는 새로 만들기를 클릭합니다.
5. 변수 이름 필드에 다음을 입력합니다.
NSRVIM_TIME_INTERVAL6. 변수 값 필드에 15에서 60 사이의 숫자를 입력합니다(이 숫자는 분에 해당).
참고: 최대 시간 간격은 60분입니다. 60분 이상의 값을 지정하면 60분이 사용됩니다. 최소 간격은 15분입니다. 15분 미만의 값을 지정하면 15분이 사용됩니다.
7. 서버를 재부팅합니다.
