Solution
  1. Download and extract appropriate BMC firmware on RCM:

  1. Log into BMC and identify the BMC firmware revision:

  1. Click maintenance, BMC Firmware Update:

  1. Click Preserve all Configuration, then Enter Update Mode:
NOTE: If you don’t click “Preserve all Configuration” the BMC ip address will reset.

  1. Browse to <rom>.ima_enc, then click Upload:

  1. Verify Current Image and New Image, then click Proceed:

  1. After about 1 minute, reconnect to BMC, then verify BMC firmware:
