Thunderbolt 设备管理器中显示黄色感叹号

戴尔笔记本电脑可能无法正确检测到市面上某些所谓的 USB4 设备。将设备直接连接到笔记本电脑上的 USB4 端口或WD22TB4坞上的 USB4 端口时，会出现此问题。当“已禁用 USB4 PCIE 隧道”设置为“打开”或“Thunderbolt 技术支持已禁用”时，会出现此问题。该问题在 ORICO-MTQ-40G SSD 中出现，但在其他设备上也可见。
将 Thunderbolt 设备插入 USB-C 端口后，设备管理器中显示黄色感叹号，如下图所示：
Cause
Windows 11 PCIe 驱动程序无法配置 Thunderbolt 控制器。
Resolution
要解决问题，请执行以下步骤：
- 进入 BIOS。
- 将 禁用 USB4 PCIE 隧道 设置为 关闭。
提醒：出厂默认设置为 OFF。 - 将 Thunderbolt 技术支持 设置为 已启用 可支持更多 USB 或 Thunderbolt 设备。
