Symptoms
Cause
當暖光條件具有高水準的紅外 （IR） 能量時，紅色、綠色、藍色、紅外 （RGBIR） 混合感測器會顯示干擾癥狀。這會導致一些飽和度損失和色彩準確度下降。
相機感測器正在嘗試根據環境中的照明來調整顏色。這些調整會導致藍色或紫色色調變暗。此著色是 RGBIR 混合相機的正常行為。
Resolution
這不是硬體問題。這是設計的預期行為 。
更換攝影機無法改善影像品質。這些紅色，綠色，藍色，紅外（RGBIR）相機用於整個計算機和資訊技術行業。RGB IR 攝影機支援生物特徵辨識安全功能，包括 Windows Hello 臉部辨識。某些系統可能會有韌體更新來修改紫色或藍色調。
