Symptoms
配备插入式 PCIe 网络适配器的 Dell PowerEdge 服务器可能会在使用 iDRAC9 5.xx.xx.xx 固件版本的 iDRAC9 管理界面中报告未知的运行状况状态。发生这种情况时，生命周期日志会记录 HWC8607 错误警报。

Cause
iDRAC9 5.00.00.00 固件引入了对戴尔 PCIe 网络适配器的 PCIeVDM 边带管理支持的支持。在某些情况下，iDRAC9 上的 PCIeVDM 队列可能会填满，并阻止 iDRAC 向适配器发送任何其他命令。
Resolution
iDRAC9 固件版本 5.10.30.00（2022 年 6 月）纠正了导致这一情况的条件。
解决方法：
在 iDRAC9 上禁用 PCIeVDM 会将已安装 PCIe 网络适配器的管理恢复为 SMBUS 接口，而不会对网络设备管理产生任何影响。禁用 PCIeVDM 和重新启动 iDRAC 可从此情况中恢复，并防止它再次出现。
要在 iDRAC9 上禁用 PCIeVDM，请使用以下 RACADM 命令：
