Come raccogliere i registri da vCenter Appliance

1) Accedere a VCSA come utente root utilizzando ssh. 


2) Impostare la shell su bash
>shell.set --enabled true>
shell

3) Eseguire il comando per raccogliere i registri:
# vc-support -l

I registri vengono inviati al file: /storage/log/<VCSA Nome-data.tgz

image.png 4) Utilizzare Windows SCP per il download. 
Quando si utilizza WinSCP, impostare il server SFTP su shell /usr/libexec/sftp-server

Accedere a VCSA come root. 
Passare alla directory in cui è stato raccolto il pacchetto.
Cliccare su e trascinare per copiare il file localmente. 
Ricordarsi di eliminare il file su VCSA una volta copiato per risparmiare spazio.
