Customers with eligible Dell and non-Dell devices can receive credit to be used toward product or service purchases at Dell.com. If the device does not qualify for trade in credit, we recycle it for you, for free.

Three steps for you; one big step to help our environment:

  1. Get an estimate of your trade in credit for any Dell or non-Dell device on the Dell Trade In page.
  2. Ship your trade-in device for free at a FedEx Office nearest to you. We provide free packing materials for devices with a trade in value.
  3. Get your final credit by email and use toward your next product or service purchase on Dell.com.
