To determine which users are Company Admins:

Go to https://www.dell.com/support and log in with your support credentials.
Select Manage Company Information from your username in the top-right corner of the page.

Select Show Company Information in the Company Information section.

Select the View Contacts tab to see which users have the role of Company Admin.
