Symptoms

  • NetWorker 伺服器已設定為整合 Active Directory (AD/LDAP) 認證。
  • 已在 NetWorker Management Console (NMC) 的「伺服器->使用者群組」「應用程式管理員」和「安全性管理員」使用者群組的「外部角色」欄位中，指定 AD 使用者/群組辨別名稱 (DN)。
  • AD 使用者能夠登入 NMC、連線至伺服器，並以其他方式管理 NetWorker 伺服器。
  • 連線至「主機」標籤會擲回錯誤：
「Permission Denied, user 'USER_NAME' on 'NSR_NAME' does not have 'Create Security Settings' or 'Configure NetWorker' privilege to create CP resource NSR CP interface」
  • 清除錯誤後，「主機」標籤即運作正常。

已向 NetWorker 工程部門提出此問題

Resolution

在下一個主要版本 (19.6.x) 中預期會針對此問題提供修正程式碼，暫定 2021 年 11 月發行。

此問題不會對功能造成影響；但是，有一個可避免此錯誤的因應措施：
1.從 Networker 管理 --> 伺服器 -->使用者群組。
2.連按兩下「應用程式管理員」。
3.在「使用者」區段中新增 AD 使用者名稱，並加以儲存。(僅使用者名稱。非網域)。
4.為「安全性管理員」群組執行相同的作業。
