Symptoms
- AD/LDAP(Active Directory) 인증을 통합하도록 NetWorker 서버가 구성되었습니다.
- AD 사용자/그룹 DN(Distinguished Name)이 NMC(NetWorker Management Console)에서 'Server->User Groups' "Application Administrators" and "Security Administrators" user group'의 'External Roles' 필드에 지정되었습니다.
- AD 사용자는 NMC에 로그인하여 서버에 접속하거나 NetWorker 서버를 관리할 수 있습니다.
- "Hosts" 탭에 연결하면 다음 오류가 발생합니다.
"Permission Denied, user 'USER_NAME' on 'NSR_NAME' does not have 'Create Security Settings' or 'Configure NetWorker' privilege to create CP resource NSR CP interface"
- 오류가 해결되면 "Hosts" 탭이 정상적으로 작동합니다.
Cause
이 문제는 NetWorker 엔지니어링 팀에 제기되었습니다.
Resolution
다음 주요 릴리스(19.6.x)인 2021년 11월 잠정 릴리스에서 이 문제에 대한 코드 수정이 예정되어 있습니다.
이 문제는 기능상 영향을 주지 않지만 이 오류를 방지하기 위한 해결 방법이 있습니다.
1. NetWorker Administration --> Server --> User Groups로 이동합니다.
2. "Application Administrators"를 두 번 클릭합니다.
3. "Users" 섹션에 AD 사용자 이름을 추가하고 저장합니다. (사용자 이름만 해당. 도메인 아님)
4. "Security Administrators" 그룹에 대해서도 동일한 작업을 수행합니다.
