Symptoms

Firmware updates are no longer listed when using iDRAC Update nor are driver updates that are listed using utilities such as OpenManage Enterprise (OME), Dell System Update (DSU), Dell Repository Manager (DRM), or Server Update Utility (SUU).

Cause

Precision Rack models containing iDRAC were removed from the online Enterprise Catalog in January 2020. As a result, iDRAC Update and various catalog-based update utilities no longer inventory Precision Rack for updating

Resolution

Usually, each firmware DUP file can be manually uploaded and applied through iDRAC Update or can be manually imported into utilities such as DRM or DSU. 
The DUP can also be run from a supported operating system such as Windows or Red Hat Linux.
