Instructions

To create or reset a password, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Dell Customer Portal.
    Note: Dell Customer Portal to use for Canadian customers.
  2. Select Forgot Password?Dell Log in page
  3. Enter your username (found in your welcome email) then click Submit. An email will be sent to you with a link to create your new password.
  4. Return to the Dell Customer Portal and use your new credentials to log in.
