Instructions

To remove an email account from Outlook, follow these steps:

  1. Select File.
    Note: For Outlook 2007, select Tools > Account Settings then proceed to step 3.
  2. In the Account Settings drop-down list, select Account Settings.
  3. Select the account you want to delete.
  4. Click Remove.
  5. Click Yes to confirm. All data associated with the account that is stored on your computer will be deleted.
