XC 13G | iDRAC 2.70.70.70 | LCM updates fail with WSMAN stopping after multiple queries

LCM updates may fail on an XC 13G platform with iDRAC firmware 2.70.70.70 installed.  WSMAN will also stop after multiple queries.

Additional symptoms are:

• pta_debug.log will show "wsman: TimedOut" indicating the iDRAC didn’t respond to wsman.
• iDRAC Trace Logs will show resources unavailable
  • To gather iDRAC Trace logs, one can collect via
    • Local or remote racadm commands using ‘racadm gettracelog’; or,
    • iDRAC8 Web UI by going to Overview > Server > Troubleshooting > Diagnostics and entering 'gettracelog' in the command text box.
  • A resources unavailable state when the iDRAC is in this problem condition would appear similar to the following:

• LCM Inventory fails and the customer cannot update the firmware on the nodes.
• Pinging the iDRAC IP address would still be successful.

• iDRAC8 FW 2.75.100.75 is available in LCM 2.4.1 and higher.
