Resolution

Alert ID SDNAS_CP_NAS_SERVER_MODIFY_FAILED_READ_ONLY
Alert Text Unable to place the NAS Server %(nas_server_name) into Read Only mode. Client Write operations will continue to consume more physical storage capacity.
Error Code (0x01C00301)
Description This alert is raised on appliance with NAS container running and is running out of storage space. This is generated when a NAS server fails to move into read-only. NAS server continues to operate normally and consumes more physical storage capacity.
Resolution Solution
The failed NAS server is retried every minute to set them to read-only. If the issue persists, contact technical support for further assistance.

Alert Text Failed to set NAS Server %(nas_server_name) back to Read/Write mode.
Error Code (0x01C00302)
Description This alert is raised on an appliance with NAS container running, and it is running out of storage space. This is generated when a NAS server fails to move into read/write mode.
Resolution Solution
The failed NAS server is retried every minute to set them to read/write. If the issue persists, contact technical support for further assistance.
