步驟
NetWorker 使用作業系統郵件命令： mailx （Linux） 和 smtpmail （Windows） 傳送標準輸出電子郵件。除了指出發送電子郵件應滿足哪些條件外，發送電子郵件幾乎不涉及 NetWorker 功能，例如：備份完成/失敗、裝置已滿等
  1. 從 NetWorker 伺服器執行下列命令 （取代 網域。com 使用您的網域名稱）：
Linux：  
dig +short domain.com MX
Windows： 
nslookup
set q=mx
domain.com

  • /var/log/maillog

  • /var/spool/mqueue
停滯在 mqueue 中的郵件不會從伺服器發送或接受。如果正在發送和傳遞電子郵件，則 mqueue 應為空。

如果 NetWorker 伺服器是 Windows，Exchange 管理員必須從 Exchange 端檢閱記錄。
