"OK" button missing on Dell Factory Image Restore

Symptoms

You may encounter an issue when attempting to restore with Dell Factory Restore Image (a.k.a DDRE) version 1.0.0.5 and version 2.0.   In some instances the "OK" button, as shown below, has become an empty "white box".  Please do not close the app with the "X" button on the top-right corner or cancel the entire process with "Cancel" button as the function still works if you click the space with the missing wording.   This is a cosmetic issue only and is resolved in later versions of the Restore tool.
