Symptoms

XPS 9370:n, XPS 9570:n tai Precision 5530:n sormenjälkitunnistin ei ehkä toimi oikein Windowsissa, mutta Laitehallinta tunnistaa sormenjälkitunnistimen oikein. Lisäksi Windows Hello ei välttämättä pysty rekisteröimään sormenjälkiä.

Cause

Ongelma saattaa ilmetä, jos BIOSin Intel SGX Enable -asetus vaihdetaan Enabled -asetuksesta (oletus) asetukseen Disabled tai Software Controlled.

Resolution

Voit muuttaa tätä asetusta siirtymällä BIOSiin ja päivittämällä seuraavan asetuksen:
