How to Unsubscribe from Dell Marketing Emails, Phone Calls, Physical Mail or Faxes

Refer to the instructions on how to unsubscribe from Dell marketing emails, phone calls, physical mail or faxes.

To unsubscribe from marketing emails, physical mail, phone calls or faxes perform the following steps.

1. Browse to the List Removal page.

2. Decide which forms of communications you wish to stop.

   ---

3. One at a time touch or click the check box next to the desired communication you wish to stop, and then fill in the contact information used to contact you.
   Note: When you have selected to stop receiving physical mail from Dell, provide your first and last name at the bottom of the page.

   ---

4. Touch or click Unsubscribe.

   ---

Notes:

• Please allow up to 10 business days for E-Mail and up to 3 months for Direct Mail for your preferences to take effect.
• Incase you wish to subscribe to Dell marketing communications again, browse to the Preference Management Center page.
