Windows Server: Export system logs and application logs in Windows Event Viewer for PowerEdge Servers

Instructions

Steps to export the Windows Application Log:

1) Press "Win + R" in the Windows server system.

2) Enter "eventvwr.msc" and press Enter.

3) Click the "Windows Log" tab on the left menu.

Select Windows Log from the Event Viewer Program  

 

4) Choose "System" to collect system logs and choose "Application" to collect application logs.

5) Save the logs: In the top menu "Action" select "Save All Events As."

6) Define the file name and file location. These logs can be sent to the technical support if needed.
