Steps:
Save and close all open files and exit all open applications
Shut down your computer. Click Start > Power button > Shut down
Disconnect your computer and all attached devices from their electrical outlets
Disconnect all attached network devices and peripherals, such as keyboard, mouse, and monitor from your computer
Remove any media card and optical disc from your computer, if applicable
Pre-Removal Instructions Before removing the Bottom Door Panel:
Follow the procedure in, Before Working Inside Your Computer.
Remove the five (M2.5x6.3) and three (M2.5x8) captive screws that secure the base cover to the computer.
Pry the base cover starting from the right hinge and work your way around.
Lift the base cover away from the computer.

Remove the Bottom Door Panel.
Disconnect the battery cable from the system board.
Remove the single (M2x6) captive screw that secures the computer battery.

Locate the WWAN on your computer.

Lift the WWAN metal bracket away from the computer.
Disconnect the WWAN cables from the WWAN card module.
Slide the WWAN card out of the system.
