  1. 登入 Dell Data Security 管理主控台。

登入

  1. 若要從下列位置解密受保護的外接式媒體裝置：
    • Windows 端點，前往步驟 4。
    • Mac 端點，前往步驟 8。
  2. 從左側功能表窗格中展開填入標籤，然後按一下使用者。

  1. 按一下需要解密裝置的使用者的使用者名稱。
  2. 按一下 Windows Media Encryption。
