Depois de fazer upgrade do SO (Sistema Operacional) do Windows 10 RS5 para o Windows 10 19H1, a inicialização do aplicativo Alienware Mobile Connect falhará com o erro detalhado na imagem abaixo:

Resolution

Para resolver esse problema:

  1. Faça download da versão 2.0, A00 ou posterior do driver do Alienware Mobile Connect no site de Drivers e downloads da Dell e depois instale-o.
  2. Atualize o aplicativo Alienware Mobile Connect a partir da MS Store.
