Note: This applies only for the PowerEdge VTRX chassis.
- Connect to the CMC IP Address in a web browser
- Under Storage on the right side menu, click Controllers
- On the top navigation bar, click Troubleshooting
- On Shared PERC8 (Integrated 1) change Action menu to Export TTY Log
- Press the Apply button.
- Save the exported file and share with your support engineer when requested.
