Symptoms
Сервер NetWorker: Red Hat Linux 7.7, версия NetWorker 19.1.1
Клиент NMM: 19.2.0.2
Сервер SQL настроен в конфигурации с несколькими подсетями.
Периодически происходит сбой мастера нового клиента NetWorker для обработчика событий AG SQL/объекта имени кластера с ошибкой «Dispatcher: Request timed out». Ошибка отображается во всплывающем окне.
В файле daemon.raw регистрируются следующие ошибки:

Cause
Сбой происходит при попытке сервера NetWorker подключиться к неактивному IP-адресу обработчика событий AG SQL/объекта имени кластера. Время ожидания для данной попытки подключения превышает время ожидания для мастера NetWorker.
Resolution
Укажите более низкое значение для параметра «tcp_sync_retries», чтобы быстро вызвать сбой подключения к неактивному IP-адресу.
