NetWorker-server: Red Hat Linux 7.7, NetWorker-versjon 19.1.1
NMM-klient: 19.2.0.2
SQL-server er konfigurert i en konfigurasjon med flere delnett.
Den nye NetWorker-klientveiviseren for SQL AG-lytter / CNO mislykkes av og til med feilmeldingen "Dispatcher: Request timed out". Feilen vises i et popup-vindu.

Cause
Feilen oppstår når en NetWorker-server prøver å koble til den inaktive IP-en til SQL AG-lytteren / CNO. Tidsavbruddet for dette tilkoblingsforsøket er lengre enn NetWorker-tidsavbruddet for veiviseren.
Resolution
Finjuster tcp_sync_retries-parameteren til en lavere verdi for å stoppe tilkoblingsforsøk til inaktiv IP raskt.
