pdex failed on /core_files/panic/core.pd20190922183814 for MTRACER \(0\)

Cause

Brocade Engineering have advised the backtrace in panic dump looks similar to a known trace module corruption issue.
There is a preventive fix that went in 8.2.1c (FOS-803011).

Defect details: FOS-803011

Symptom: Switch panic due to kernel trace module corruption. It also prevents the user daemon generate proper core file during the daemon coredump.
Condition: It happens when the user daemon coredumps, and FFDC triggers to log a trace.
Closed in Releases: FOS8.1.2h(Implemented), FOS8.2.1c(Implemented), FOS8.2.2(Implemented)

Resolution

Upgrade the switch to a fixed version.
