Sometimes you can see following messages on iDRAC log.
  
Login attempt alert for root from aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd using GUI, IP will be blocked for 60 seconds.

This means customer attempt to login to iDRAC GUI as root from aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd but failed.
A sequential failure of login prevents user from login for certain period (60 sec in this example)

Resolution

Make sure user has right credential to log in to iDRAC GUI.
After waiting certain period of time, please try again.
