Cause
This health checks fails if performance statistics are not collected or persisted.
Resolution
1. Check and fix other errors in vSAN Skyline Health, especially errors related to hard drives: vSAN -- Skyline Health -- Performance service - Performance data collection check
2. Perform the troubleshooting in vSAN health Performance data collection fails :
a. Restart vsanmgmtd daemon on all hosts.
b. Turn off and on vSAN performance service (vSAN historical performance data will be lost)
