在您打开 Google Earth 应用程序时，它在加载屏幕时冻结，并显示消息“loading myplaces.kml files”（正在加载 myplaces.kml 文件）。

 

Resolution

解决方案

请按照以下步骤解决应用程序启动问题：

  1. 卸载并重新安装 Google Earth 并检查它是否立即打开？

    如果这不能解决问题，请继续执行下一步

  2. 关闭 Google Earth

  3. 转至文件夹 C:\Users\%username%\AppData\LocalLow\Google\GoogleEarth：

    • （%username% 与您的计算机用户名相符）

  4. 找到下面的“.kml”文件：

    • myplaces.backup.kml

    • myplaces.kml.tmp

    • myplaces.kml

SLN317875_zh_CN__1icon 注：如果您看不到其中任一文件，则打开文件资源管理器中“视图”菜单下的“显示隐藏的文件”选项。
 

  1. 右键单击 myplaces.kml

  2. 单击重命名

  3. 将文件重命名为 old.myplaces.kml

  4. 对其他 .kml 文件重复重命名步骤

  5. 关闭并重新打开 Google Earth
