Brocade 825 Fibre Card not being seen in Windows 2012 R2
Check the following to resolve the issue:
- SFP+ modules and Brocade Card compatibility
- Check status LEDs on the card
- Check cables are functioning. i.e. swap cables with know good.
- Check slot priority on the motherboard
- Ensure correct speed setting in BIOS of the card. If in doubt, set to Auto.
- Update Windows 2012 R2 driver from Qlogic web site.
