Resolution

Pro odstranění problému vyzkoušejte následující postup:

  • Kompatibilita modulů SFP+ a karty Brocade.
  • Zkontrolujte stavové kontrolky LED na kartě.
  • Zkontrolujte, zda kabely fungují, tj. vyměňte kabely za ověřené funkční.
  • Zkontrolujte prioritu slotů na základní desce.
  • Zkontrolujte správné nastavení rychlosti karty v systému BIOS. V případě pochybností nastavte možnost Auto.
  • Aktualizujte ovladač systému Windows 2012 R2 z webové stránky spolčenosti Qlogic.
