查看最近的任何网络或环境更改,以确保连接问题不是它们造成的。  通常,如果 SupportAssist 先前在正常工作,但现在已停止,则环境中的某个方面已更改。

  • 首先,从两个控制器管理端口以及共享管理 IP 地址,验证防火墙设置是否允许与端口 22 和 443 的出站通信。  对于所有三个管理 IP 地址,如果您使用 Web 筛选器或代理,则确认这些端口未遭到阻塞。
  • 如果您的网络使用代理,请验证 Storage Center 是否已配置为使用代理服务器。  如果代理需要身份验证,请验证用户名和密码是否正确且未过期。
