Dell CinemaColor peut rencontrer les problèmes suivants :

  • Aucune réponse lors du changement de mode dans l’interface utilisateur principale de Dell CinemaColor
  • La barre de saturation est manquante dans le menu des paramètres.

Il n’y a pas de réponse lors du changement de quatre modes différents à l’aide de l’écran principal Dell CinemaColor et la barre de saturation est manquante dans l’écran de réglage.

Pour résoudre le problème :

  1. Vérifiez la configuration matérielle requise pour Dell CinemaColor.
  2. Accéder au support technique Dell
  3. Saisissez votre numéro de série , puis appuyez sur Rechercher.
  4. Cliquez sur Drivers & Downloads (Pilotes et téléchargements).
  5. Cliquez sur Rechercher manuellement un pilote spécifique.
  6. Téléchargez l’un des pilotes suivants :
    • Pilote de carte graphique Intel UHD
    • Pilote de carte graphique Intel UHS/Iris Xe
    • Pilote de carte graphique Intel HD
Remarque : Votre modèle Inspiron ou Vostro ne dispose que d’un seul des pilotes répertoriés.
  1. Installez le pilote.
  2. Redémarrez l’ordinateur.
