Resolution

  1. Webブラウザーで、[REGION].conferdeploy.net.に移動します。
注：[REGION] = 以下のテナントの地域
  1. VMware Carbon Black Cloudにサインインします。

  1. 左メニュー ペインで、［ENDPOINTS］をクリックします。

Endpoints

注：このサンプルでのレイアウトは環境によって多少異なります。
  1. 右上の [Sensor Options ]を選択し、[ Send installation request]をクリックします。

  1. [Send Installation Request]メニューで、次のいずれかを選択します。
    1. ［Single Request］を選択し手順6に進むか、または、
    2. ［Multiple Requests］を選択し手順7に進みます。

単一のリクエストまたは複数のリクエスト

  1. ［Single Request］タブで、次の操作を実行します。
    1. オプションとして、ユーザーの名前を入力します。
    2. オプションとして、ユーザーの姓を入力します。
    3. ユーザーのEメールを入力します。
    4. ［Send］をクリックします。
    5. 手順8に進みます。

  1. ［Multiple Requests］タブで、次の操作を実行します。
    1. 各ユーザーのEメールをコンマで区切って入力します。
    2. ［Send］をクリックします。

  1. ユーザーの Eメールで、アクティベーション コードを文書化します。

アクティベーション コードの取得

注：
  • noreply@carbonblack.comからEメールが送信されます。
  • アクティベーションコードは1週間後に期限切れになります。
  • アクティベーション コードは、VMware Carbon Black Cloud、エンドポイント、ユーザーから再送信してから、[Take Action]を行うことができます。
