Symptoms

Als Windows geforceerd wordt afgesloten (houd de aan/uit-knop ingedrukt tot het systeem is uitgeschakeld), zal het systeem om de BitLocker-sleutel vragen bij de volgende keer opstarten. Dit symptoom kan worden aangetroffen op de onderstaande platforms:
  • Latitude 7370
  • Latitude E7270 / E7470
  • Latitude E5270/E5470/E5570
  • Precision Mobile 7510 / 7710

Resolution

De nieuwe TPM (Trusted Protocol Module) firmware v1.3.2.8 wordt nu aanbevolen op de Dell Support website om dit probleem op te lossen.  Download om uw systeem bij te werken.
