Cause
此错误主要是因 Alienware OC Controls 的 Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU) 组件所致；这些组件在处理升级安装时遇到问题。1.2.32.1210 版或更高版本中已禁用了升级安装，目的是防止进一步的问题。
Resolution
Alienware Command Center （AWCC） 的预期更新可纠正此问题。安装最新版本之前，请先卸载以前版本的 Alienware OC Controls。
- 单击错误消息窗口中的 Close。
- 右键单击“开始”按钮，然后单击应用和功能。
- 单击 Alienware OC Controls，然后单击“卸载”以删除以前的版本。
- 再次运行 Alienware OC Controls 安装程序。
