Cause
此錯誤的根本原因是 Alienware OC Controls 的 Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU) 元件，這些元件在處理升級安裝時發生問題。已停用從 v1.2.32.1210 或更新版本安裝升級，以避免更進一步的問題。
Resolution
Alienware Command Center （AWCC） 的預期更新可修正此問題。在安裝最新版本之前，請先解除安裝任何舊版的 Alienware OC Controls。
- 在錯誤報告視窗中按一下關閉。
- 以滑鼠右鍵按一下開始按鈕，然後按一下應用程式與功能。
- 按一下 Alienware OC Controls，然後按一下「解除安裝」以移除舊版本。
