Dell Computer unterstützen nicht die 32-Bit-Version des Windows 10-Upgrades

Die unten aufgelisteten Computer haben nach dem Upgrade auf die 32-Bit-Version von Windows 10 aufgrund einer Computerbeschränkung kein aktives Touchpad.

Sie müssen eine USB-Maus an den Computer anschließen, um ein Rollback für das Upgrade auf die ursprüngliche Windows-Version durchführen zu können.

Lösung

Diese Funktionseinschränkung tritt nur bei der 32-Bit-Version von Windows 10 auf.

Sie können ein Reimimageing des Computers mit 64-Bit-Versionen von Windows 7 SP1 oder Windows 8.1 durchführen und dann ein Upgrade auf Windows 10 64-Bit durchführen.
