Opmerking: Office 365 is standaard ingesteld om uw abonnement automatisch te verlengen wanneer u het in eerste instantie instelt. Deze instelling kan op elk gewenst moment worden gewijzigd. De volgende stappen zijn nodig als automatische verlenging is uitgeschakeld of als u automatische abonnementsverlenging wilt uitschakelen.
 
  1. Maak verbinding met de Dell Cloud Support Portal.
  2. Gebruik de referenties van Dell om u aan te melden bij de portal. Over het algemeen is de gebruikersnaam uw Dell klantnummer, tenzij de gebruiker deze heeft gewijzigd.
    • Als uw wachtwoord is vergeten, klikt u op Wachtwoord vergeten? - Er wordt een link verzonden naar het e-mailadres dat tijdens de installatie van uw initiële abonnement naar Dell is gestuurd om uw wachtwoord opnieuw in te stellen.

    • Als er een probleem optreedt tijdens het wachtwoordherstelproces, stuur dan een e-mail naar salessupport@office365.dell.com
  3. Selecteer Account.

  4.  Selecteer Abonnement en selecteer vervolgens het gewenste abonnement dat u wilt verlengen.

  5.  Selecteer Vernieuwen om het abonnement handmatig te verlengen.

    Opmerking: Als u automatische abonnementsverlenging wilt uitschakelen, selecteert u Automatisch verlengen uitschakelen.
