1.使用系統管理員帳戶登入 vCenter。
2.選取目標 VxRail 叢集。
3.移至 設定 並選取 VxRail 附掛程式區段。
4.選擇 疑難解答 小節。
5.按一下建立。

以 mystic 身分登入 VxRail Manager - 切換至根使用者：

mystic@vxrail:-> su root- 執行命令以產生紀錄套裝：
vxrail:/home/mystic # /mystic/generateLogBundle.py -v
- 生成日誌后，集合的路徑將列印在螢幕上。
如果套裝建立失敗，請檢閱 /var/log/mystic/dc.log。
- 通常它會將捆綁包放在 /tmp/mystic/dc/ 中。
