Resolution

Voor stappen voor het verwijderen van de Netskope Client selecteert u Windows of Mac.

  1. Klik als administrator met de rechtermuisknop op het Windows-startmenu en klik vervolgens op Uitvoeren.

Voer

  1. Typ in de UI-RUN appwiz.cpl en druk vervolgens op OK.

Gebruikersinterface uitvoeren

  1. Dubbelklik op Netskope-client.

Netskope Client in Programma's en onderdelen

  1. Klik op Ja.

Bevestig het verwijderen door op Ja te klikken

  1. Klik op Yes als Gebruikersaccountbeheer (UAC) is ingeschakeld.

Prompt Gebruikersaccountbeheer

  1. Klik in het Apple-menu op Start en selecteer vervolgens Hulpprogramma's.

Go en Applicaties selecteren

  1. Dubbelklik op Netskope-client verwijderen.

Netskope Client verwijderen

  1. Vul de Gebruikersnaam en het Wachtwoord in en klik op OK.

Prompt voor administratorreferenties

  1. Klik op OK.
