What's New in MyDell vs Legacy My Dell
MyDell provides a consolidated application experience housing capabilities that help you get the most out of your computer. Intelligent, AI-based optimization features automatically fine-tune your computer for the best audio, video, battery, and performance. Each MyDell user experience is unique as the software learns and responds to the way you use your computer.
The latest MyDell application requires the latest hardware and drivers to support new features, so most older Dell computers will continue to use the legacy My Dell application found in the Microsoft Windows Store. Select models from 2021 and 2022 that shipped with legacy My Dell will be able to upgrade to the new MyDell application available on the Dell Support Site.
