Symptoms
當您將耳機連接至 Dell AX510 和 AC511 Sound Bar 的耳機插孔 (圖1) 時，可能會出現爆裂音。

Cause
Sound Bar 是依設計運作。由於連接至 Sound Bar 的硬體不相容，因此會發生這種情況。(麥克風配備耳機含 TRRS 插孔)
Resolution
AX510 和 AC511 Sound Bar 的耳機插孔可接受稱為 TRS 連接器的立體聲插孔。此連接器有兩個絕緣環，將插孔的左側、右側和接地點分開 (請參閱圖 2的中央影像)。
