USB-C 및 Thunderbolt 도킹 스테이션
여러 컴퓨터에서 USB-C 또는 Thunderbolt 도크를 인식하지 못하는 문제입니다. 장치 관리자를 확인하면 노란색 느낌표(충돌)가 표시되고 장치 관리자를 사용하여 디바이스에서 드라이버를 자동으로 검색하려고 하면 메시지가 나타납니다(그림 1).
그룹 정책 설정
이 문제는 Windows 이미지의 GPO(Group Policy) 설정으로 인해 발생합니다. 보안 정책은 USB-C 및 Thunderbolt 디바이스 및 드라이버의 설치를 방지합니다. Thunderbolt 3 디바이스에 더 이상 존재하지 않는 Thunderbolt 1 및 2의 이전 취약성으로 인해 맞춤형 Windows 이미지에 이 문제가 있을 수 있습니다.
