E-Port-dockingstationer, der er ældre end revision A05, genkender muligvis ikke nyere tastaturer, når de dockes eller gendockes.

Cause

Strømstyringsindstillinger i Windows forårsager dette problem.

Resolution

Følg disse trin for at afhjælpe dette problem:
  1. Åbn Enhedshåndtering.
  2. Højreklik på hver USB-enhed, og venstreklik derefter på Egenskaber.
  3. Venstreklik på fanen Strømstyring (hvis tilgængelig).
  4. Fjern markeringen i afkrydsningsfeltet Tillad, at computeren slukker for denne enhed for at spare strøm.
  5. Klik på OK.
  6. Gentag trin 2 til 5 for hver USB-enhed i Enhedshåndtering.
