Symptoms
WD19 系列擴充基座韌體更新失敗
更新 WD19 系列擴充基座韌體時可能會發生錯誤。「錯誤：無法重新啟動 WD19。請重新啟動擴充基座以完成更新。」更新的 EC 韌體部分旁會顯示一個紅色 X。(圖 1.)更新任何 WD19 或 WD19S 系列擴充基座上的韌體時，可能會發生此錯誤。

Cause
這些電腦使用舊版 Thunderbolt 驅動程式，而 BIOS 會協助 Thunderbolt 韌體。但是，更高版本的 Windows 10 （19H1 或更高版本） 不支援舊版驅動程式。這些版本的 Windows 10 需要原生 Thunderbolt 韌體。
Resolution
注意：擴充基座上的電源按鈕不會將 WD19 重新啟動電源。電源按鈕模擬電腦電源按鈕。
若要解決韌體更新錯誤，請完成以下故障診斷步驟：
- 按一下韌體更新公用程式中的結束。
- 從電腦拔下 WD19 USB Type-C 連接器。
- 從 WD19 擴充基座拔下 AC 變壓器。
- 等待 30 秒。
- 將 AC 變壓器重新連接至 WD19 擴充基座。（電源按鈕 LED 應會閃爍三次，然後熄滅。）
- 將擴充基座的 USB Type-C 纜線重新連接至電腦。
- 重新執行 WD19 擴充基座韌體更新。
- 韌體更新現在應該可以完成，不會發生錯誤。
