Resolution
USB-CとThunderboltドッキング ステーション
複数のコンピューターがUSB-CまたはThunderboltドックを認識できない問題。［デバイス マネージャー］をチェックすると黄色の感嘆符が表示されて、デバイス マネージャーを使用してデバイス上のドライバーを自動的に検索しようとするとメッセージ（図1）が表示されます。
グループ ポリシーの設定
これは、Windowsイメージのグループ ポリシー(GPO)設定が原因で発生します。セキュリティ ポリシーにより、USB-C、Thunderboltデバイス、ドライバーのインストールが禁止されています。これは、Thunderbolt 3デバイスにはないThunderbolt 1 & 2の以前の脆弱性が原因で、カスタムWindowsイメージにある可能性があります。
Dellでは、特定のWindowsイメージ作成のサポートを提供できません。Windows管理者がGPOに精通している場合は、Microsoftの次のリンクの情報をご確認のうえ、それに応じてカスタムWindowsイメージを調整できます。
