Symptoms

Als u een gaming scherm gebruikt, zoals de Dell S2417DG-monitor die op uw computer is aangesloten, kan het zijn dat u een flikkering op het scherm ziet. Het scherm of de scherm versneller wanneer u gamen gebruikt met de optie G-SYNC ingeschakeld. Het probleem wordt weergegeven wanneer u spellen in de venstermodus speelt.

Cause

Dit probleem is geïdentificeerd als een compatibiliteitsprobleem tussen de G-SYNC technologie op de monitor en de NVIDIA RTX-videokaarten.

Resolution

U kunt als volgt het verflikn van het probleem op de monitor oplossen:

  • Hiermee schakelt u over naar de modus volledig scherm wanneer u games speelt met de G-synchronisatiefunctie ingeschakeld op de monitor.
  • Schakel de functie G-SYNC uit wanneer u spellen wilt spelen in de venstermodus. Zie de Gebruikershandleiding van de Dell monitor voor informatie over het in-of uitschakelen van de G Sync-functie.
