Symptoms
When a Sub-Location is created within the Company Administration setting of Dell Online Support, AIOps Observability preferences are not copied. These preferences include Advisor Access, Location Level User visibility preferences, and Location Level Customer Support preferences.
Cause
AIOps Observability preferences are configured at the location level and do not automatically migrate to newly created Sub-Locations.
Resolution
Once the Sub-Location is created in Dell Online Support, go to AIOps Observability and update the required preferences.
